This is Christ’s church.

There is a place for you here. We are an active church in our community and in our world that shares a living, daring confidence in God’s grace. Liberated by our faith, we embrace you as a whole person โ€” questions, complexities and all.

Join us as we do God’s work in Christ’s name for the life of the world.
the church is open on Wednesdays from 12:00 – 5:00 pm
for individuals to come sit in the sanctuary for quiet time and prayer.  we ask that you wash your hands before entering the church and wipe down any area where you were sitting with the sanitary wipes provided on the banister when you enter the church.

โ€œLetโ€™s Eat!โ€ III
2nd Sunday of Every Month from 4:00 – 6:00 pm
St. Ann’s Catholic Church

The free inter-community meal that began in Chassell and spread to Hancock, Baraga, and Mass City has received a grant from the Portage Health Foundation of $15,870.00 to help offset sponsor costs.

Sponsors for Baraga County have been St Vincent De Paul, Keweenaw Bay Indian Community, Pettibone, Certainteed, Pat’s Foods, Larry’s Market, Jacobson’s Funeral Home, Besse Forest Products, Holy Cross, United Lutheran, and Mission United.    We have truly been blessed to be a part of this rewarding experience working alongside our brothers and sisters in providing nutrition, inclusion, and socialization for our community.  Details are posted in the narthex  – help is much appreciated with food prep, cooking, serving, or clean up; the hours   are divided into time slots – it is not necessary to be at the event all day, or every month – please consider taking a couple hours every other month or two to participate in this ministry.  All of our efforts – working together – will bring continued success in offering this meal and fellowship opportunity to  our community!  Thanks in advance for all you do!
